Refund Policy

At Edgecraft Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile auto detailing services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.

By booking our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Cash Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer cash refunds once a service has been completed. All detailing services involve time, labor, and product usage that cannot be reversed.

2. Service Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Revisit the vehicle to address concerns

  • Re-clean specific areas

  • Offer a partial credit for future services

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds (full or partial) may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Service was not performed as agreed upon

  • Appointment was canceled by Edgecraft Detailing without rescheduling

  • Significant service failure confirmed by our team

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Edgecraft Detailing.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction after reasonable service completion

  • Pre-existing stains, wear, or damage that could not be fully restored

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

  • Changes in customer expectations after service is completed

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations by the customer

5. Cancellations

If a customer cancels an appointment:

  • More than 24 hours before the appointment โ†’ No charge or deposit may be refunded (if applicable)

  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment โ†’ Cancellation fee may apply

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows โ†’ May be charged in full or partial amount

6. Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.
